now tyz, help!! hes a right cocky . if he would have talked to me properly i wouldnt have been that bothered but hes licking laurens arse now and thats made me even more mad.
Oh and I wasn't bailing out at the end... me lights started flashing and then me lightswitch caught fire. would have burnt the house down if i wasn't in the room and i didn't stop it.

Fraz that isn't correct, the copyright stays with you. It doesn't matter where you send the pics or how they are displayed. That guy doesn't know anything.
If i were to send some photographs to my friends, it doesn't make them their photos whether they're in them or not.
He really is being a dick. And if it helps, the site is awful, i checked it out. They'll go bust soon, as if anybody is going to pay to see semi nekkid pics anyhow when you can get them for free. |

yeah i would do if i wasn't working :( only days off are saturdays and tuesdays. i dunno if its worth the effort of going to a lawyer though what are they going to say to me? if i have facts about whats right and wrong here i can do it myself i suppose.
