You see I said it.. no matter WHAT you say you CANNOT disprove that. (try me)
Whether its speed, E, (even pot to an extent) etc. your the ones who are destroying the scene.
What's is *almost* worse is ginos and who go to raves to be seen. Usually taking drugs, but if their not, they're still showing off their six-pack and being generally s.

Man your wrong get the hell out of here what you talkin about how am I distroying the scene ha... you got that wrong idea man. only stupid drug users are the ones ing it up. the ones that dont watch what they do. dont say like that. You wana come see me at a rave? you will see that Im like every one else there, having a good time and enjoing the music just every one who is normal. just cause some people up by taking drugs doent mean you gota hate every one who takes drugs... If I were to meet you at a rave and you and I chilled together, you would see that I would be perfectly normal, but then after the whole night is over and I told you I was rolling the whole time, would you hate me then? man come on give this a brake this is absulot bull you hate people for a stuped resson :mad:
You can hate people who take drugs all you want I guess, your the one who will be ignorant. As for me im going to keep on taking them So you cant stop me and no other person can.
My point is hate the people who abuse the drugs and dont use them responsibly and not the people who know what the are doing and are useing them properly .... :mad:

How are we ruing the scene. Is it yours?? We go to have a good time the same as you, and so we like to expand our senses a little. If its what we enjoy then shut the hell up. We who use drugs (responsibly) dont do anything to alter the show or event, if anything we ad to it.
I think you need to think about what you're saying and maybe change your words a little to target the ones who dont know what they're doing, and go over board a little too much. Cause I will agree with you there. They're the ones giving it a bad name. But still if thats what they enjoy....who are we or you to say anything about it..?

Dont get me wrong I'm not judging (any of) you as people and I'm just as much raver as the rest of you.. Just that I'm at a point where I'm getting pissed about evreything going bonkers evreywhere... and dont want to see raves shutdown at 3am or whatever crazy quick-fix it law the governments wants to put into effect. Do you?.. you've got to realise that the people in charge of this world do not understand if your taking drugs responsibly? (is there such thing??.. you can't say yes because you don't really know for sure.. ) So guys/gals, grow up, you'll see the world in a different light...
Its obvious that people that dont know how to do drugs generate bad press but ask yourself, did you ALWAYS know what you were doing? does evreyone always know what they're doing? |

hmmmm.... i never done drugs.... never had too... was always in love with the music from the start......
But as a thought.......
If ur really in love with the music, and u'd enjoy it no matter what... why would u need drugs to enhance ur enjoyment to the music?....shouldnt it come normally?...... The way i see it is that u should have the same feelings about music as u would if u were totally ed up?.... I dont know, thats my opinion cuz i havent done any drugs... Its just hard for me to understand how u can have a better time half baked and not knowing what u did that night than having remebered the greatest live set ur fav dj spun that night???.....

Alright, I agree there are idiots that ruin it, I've seen so many people get caught at the doors of clubs, and they're like "uhhhh yeah, i forgot to hide it, im so sorry!!".....what the hell is that?! people actually think the bouncer is gonna be cool with it with all the cops around....and has the nerve to ask for it back as well!!!...I think these are the people who are stupid....
Secondly, I got E inside the guv in front of the bouncer from a girl!!!, and I saw a couple of times the bouncers smoking up, they're in on it as well, and cops will find any kind of reason to shut it down, just because its underground....
and we don't need drugs to enjoy the music, i go clubbing like once or twice a month (thats when i do whatever i do!) and listen to trance everyday...so figure it out!!! and even when im clubbing, i dont see myself as totally ed up, its just it heightens my senses, I remember pretty much everything that happened to me, or that is of any relevance to me, and the music as well!!!! |

| nah...it's not the drugs..it's the people...some people are s no matter what..some people are nice as hell on drugs, but when they are sober there pricks....Anyway, I do agree that these kids that go just to do drugs are ing wankers....but I love to do E once and awhile..it's a real treat :) |

| seeing like this pisses me off....who the are u to come in here and just assume that everyone does drugs...you're no ing better than the media and thousands of others who associate electronica with drugs...i do drugs and will continue to do so but don't tell me i'm ruining the scene... |

do u seriously think house music would've taken off the way it did in the early 80's without the drugs?! i doubt it!! |

I wouldn't go as far as sayin that drugs created this scene, but Drugs are a major factor in the developement of the scene. True the scene probably wouldn't be anywhere near it is today if the drugs weren't there. Now if you think about it... Drugs helped created the scene, so if it helped create it, then it could probably help destroy it too (I don't think that will happen)... I just think some drugs shouldn't be a part of the scene, mainly "G"... think about it, how many overdoses that happen at raves are "G" related.. way too many... If you ask me it's ignorance that's destroyin the scene (that may include some drug users and non-drug users)!... Now think about this.... years ago we couldn't even have parties in legal city buildings at all (remember the abandoned building days?) and now we can, so are we really destroying the scene?????? |
