This is really nice, the break is drawn out without being overbearing, the melody is simple yet hypnotic and the whole production is very clean, smooth and effective. I'd love to hear an updated version. I haven't heard the original though, so I don't know how much credit is due to you and how much is due to the original producer. ;)
All in all, I'm impressed, hope you don't give up on trance entirely! |

Mr. Mystery,
Once again you have made my day! You did a great job producing this remix! I'm really not as picking as some other people might be. In other words I like everything about this. You definitely have your own distinct style. It is cool to see that come out in each member of this board, dont you think. Anyway, I bet State of Matter and Luke Terry will have a tough time choosing a remix to accompy their original if/when they get it released (Im hoping so. I want to fit this in some sets of mine). All right, well, good job Mr. ?.

You know, that style thing is mostly something that happens without me even noticing it. I always start with a blank file (no presets etc) yet I seem to be coming up with similar sounds every time. It's good to know you actually recognise "my sound" and think it's good because there's only a fine line between having a distinct style and plain copying of your own sound... :) |

not sure if i like those strings in the breakdown..but i have fallen off the horse of trance i think so sometimes i know not of what i speak

Everybody goes through phases Nik! ;) I find myself making fluffy, light trance nowadays too! :eek: I guess we all go through phases like that.
