What the hell is wrong with only-djs.com ??

I placed an order (and they took payment) 15 days ago. The order was shipped 14 days ago (via Airborne) according to their website.
The website won't let me track the shipment. I've tried to email only-djs, fax them, call them and haven't heard boo.
Their "support" section on their website is dead now too.
This is the thanks we get for spending thousands on records.... I'm disappointed and upset - and encourage everybody to AVOID them until we figure out what the hell is going on with them!

In the above paragraph I did not imply that "I" have spent thousands at only-djs (although if you annualized my orders I would). I do not speak in the royal "we".
RE-READ: "This is the thanks we (DJs) get for spending thousands on records" - as in us DJs spend thousands and only-djs don't even have their support page working or even respond to emails, faxes.
UPDATE:
Pascal from only-dj's promptly took care of the problem and has been providing superior customer service. I recommend only-djs as a great source to buy your records. A+ |

Let me see if I can straighten it out for you.
Airborn no longer exists. They now use a new shipper called "RapidAir Courier's". You cant track the shipment, because (If you live in the US they go from RapidAir and then to UPS or FED EX for shipment).
Your best bet is to email Marc or Pascal(Dj Precision).
OR email me your info, and ill get back to you on what they say

Ok - my shipment still says Airborn on their site and morder was placed pre-RapidAir change.
I've emailed every email address on the site (thats on the contact page). I've sent 3 faxes asking for someone to contact me. The support section of their site is "under maintenance".
Today is 16 days from order and 15 days from "shipment". I'd like my 15 records.

Iam really sorry to hear this...
We from only-djs has SERVICE on top... Due the fact that Airborne has closed their activities, we cant trace anything ourselves...
Lots of packages got lost after 01-01-2004!
About the customerservice you have emailed, we had massive server problems, so the possibility is there that your email did not receive our mailboxes...
Please be so kind, and send me [email protected] an email
with your usernumber and order number which is lost, and I will try to take care of this myself, or my colleague Willem will do this...
10000x apologizes on this, I hope we can work something out for you!

and another thing
Via Rapidair its tracable too... After you placed your order and we packed and shipped it, you get an email with a link to the track&trace-service... Make sure your Email addresses are VALID, so you can trace the package all yourself by clicking on the link in your mailbox...

I am a customer of your shop and I have a question: Why are the vinyls so damn expensive latley?? I mean cīmon 9,99 for one vinyl is TOO expensive.. I would love to order something from you again but I cant really affort that high prices + shipping cost so I have to wait till the records are avaible at some german record shop.. So please lower your prices to 6-8 again thatīs a decent price! |

| love only-djs.com, but their newly increased shipping charges since airborne express is gone means i cannot order from them anymore...38 bucks is the cheapest shipping i can get!:( |
