are you an idiot? HL2 is supposed to ship with TF2. which will put an end to all other fps multiplayer games out there. I Dont play a lot of games right now, but when HL2 comes out, i'll probably lose my social life :( |

Are u talking about Counterstrike 2? I don't believe anyone has ever confirmed it's existance. It goes hand in hand with Half Life 2, but it hink it's just false hype.
as far as i know, it will just be like the transition of Team Fortress 1 to HL's Team Fortress Classic (aka, TF 1.5). It's going to have ragdoll and a graphics upgrade, it will simply be compatible with the current CS with these features.
About the HL2 leak, i heard several people were able to play CS on the HL2 engine. with these exact features |

i watched the demo of the person playing the game. mind-bending CGI.
the effects on water reflection is just exquisite. the interactivity with the environment is hilarious with this magnetic gun which picks up objects.
the CGI looks blurred, mainly to show a more gothic realism (matrix movie), which visually describes very well the dooms day scenario in half life2, the alien invasion. |
