No . But the point is that even the artists themselves are saying they dont care, and that it's a crucial part of keeping the industry alive. Besides, maybe 1% of dance records on mix CD's are RIAA signed anyways.
Are you a DJ? Do you know how hard it is to get your name out there? The Mix CD/Tape is pretty much the only hope of getting anyone to hear you spinning. What, do we expect DJ's to pay royalties for every copy of their Mix CD they hand out?
The RIAA is going too far in their greed. I'll be happy when they're dead. |

| To the person who said the virus should be against RIAA not microsoft, I'm sure there are enough people out there who hate the RIAA and could use their spare bandwidth to spam the RIAA online to fcuk. Wouldn't be very hard to organise. While there are no laws against unsolicitated e-mail we might as well use them to our advantage! |
