Exam cheating tactics... (pg. 3)

By hook or by crook or by any studying method utilized, the end result is the same. You get a sheepskin. It helps you get a job, but doesn't teach you about the job you will actually be doing for the next 20-30 years. That takes hands-on experience. If you can't learn while on the job, you're simply fired and you get another. They never really question your qualifications or how you got there after you get in the door.

Hey I'll be the 1st in here w/ BALLZ & say that I've cheated. only those classes in which I knew I'd never use that sh!t again.

My full proof plan included taking very small strips of paper and writing as much as I could on them and when the teacher passed the tests around and I would place those strips under my shirt (while sitting). When she sat at the desk, just pull em' out w/ ur non-writing hand and keep it in ur palm. While u look down at the test, look down at ur palm. Simple as that. A+

!! Most of the time u remember the information while writing it on the cheat sheets anyways. Sometimes theres no need to take the chance to pull em out. Good study method !!!

The ethical issues pertaining to cheating are moot -- if it's an exam where you can cheat by simply writing answers on a piece of paper then anyone with half a brain could spend a few hours learning it themselves and not have to spend the exam period furtively sneaking peeks at their cheat sheet.

However, in difficult courses the exams are actually going to require thinking and not simply rote memorization so you'll be out of luck. How are you going to cheat on an organic chem final? If you haven't bothered learning the material then you might as well not waste your time by showing up at all.

Also, I'd be interested to know what your major is because not all 4.0s are created equal...

Eh, I'm smart too and will tell you that I've cheated my way through an entire accounting course in high school. Why? I will never ever use that information again. HA. I say cheat if you aren't going to be latterly affected in life by the results..

Plagerising, that's the only form of cheating that is truly dishonorable.

What if later in life you hire an accountant who does your taxes, and "cheats" you over for say a grand?

cheating off someone else's paper is not plagiarism? you're taking their ideas and writing them down as your own.

kick him in the balls?
Cal
Hell yeah I've cheated lots. And I'm proud of it. I'm proud of having enough balls to do it.

Back in high school I passed gr13 chemistry by cheating off a brain, all tests, even midterm and exam. 65$ and a copy of vcd crouching tiger hidden dragon paid for a 81% (or 83% dont remember exactly) final in a course I haven't heard anything relevant to my life up to this point. Not bad, huh and such a high, too!

exactly what I was thinkin

If u can cheat by writing info on a sheet of paper ur takin a wussy ass easy class. When you take real classes you need to use your brain, some classes even allow open book, open note, open everything because they know you still have to use your brain to answer the questions.

cheating hs was a dime a dozen, I'd be the one giving the answers though, not receiving.

cheating in college is pretty gutsy, you don't just get called to the principal's office if you get caught...

you get automatically expelled in most cases, so I never bothered.
