I'm a Management Information Systems major, with a concentration in E-business and entrepeneurship at WPI, I'm also minoring in telecommunications :)
Later, I still don't know, maybe I'll try to get a job at a company such as IBM, or open my own company, or maybe I'll get an MBA, not sure yet ;) |

I'm an sophomore Electrical Engineering major at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (yah Darkfall!) with a minor in music as well.
After WPI, I might head down to the University of Miami for a masters in Audio Engineering, but only if I haven't really gotten set in a career at that point.
I'd love to be a professional DJ soon. I don't even necessarily want to be a "superstar" DJ; just working as a resident for a respectable club, playing the music I love, and making people dance would be my absolute dream job.
Of course, working as the sound engineer for a nightclub would be a pretty sweet gig too, or working for a clubbing-themed magazine would also be awesome. If you can't tell already, I just love DJ/club-culture and I will to be a major part of it someday soon! |

yea, that's sweet and all.. but when you got 1> health ins. 2> car ins. 3> rent 4> utility bills 5> f00d, clothing, gas, etc bills, producing and spinning most likely ain't gonna cut it babe. sorry to crush ur dream there.. :/
you should go to med school- you can always produce and spin music on the side. being a dj isn't all it's cracked up to be. |

The problem with being in med school and DJing as a hobby will be time. We all know how demanding med school is and that you are spending 90-100% of your time studying for class and especially tests. So when will I even have time to turn on the turntable and put on headphones.
On a side note, you guys should go to J00Fs website and check out some of his pics... that Ferrari hes sitting on (which he owns) isnt too shabby, I think he is paying off his bills very comfortably. :thepirate |
