I beleive they'll be playing in the lower floor, and I don't think it is a selling scheme, it's just a new idea, no offense but do you ever get see a night where it's all female djs? I think it's quite exciting, Skeletor take it easy, don't prejudge. I only heard Lady Bass and Lady B spin live, still to check out Chiclet and others :D

im not prejudging.. i think its just seperating the female dj's from the male dj's.. where it shouldnt even really matter.
im not hating this event just think its kinda lame to have an "all girl rave". |

I'm not hating on the event either...
But I'm surprised to see an all-female line up these days - many female DJs, from what I have heard, don't play these events because it is implied that the event is about the gender, not about the music.
The fact that the event is called "chicks with decks" implies this..
Sorry, this is just my personal beef with parties like this in general.. |

Ummm, sorry, but that's just silly...a gigs a gig, what difference does it make if you are spinning with a bunch of chicks or with a lineup full of men ? The music is what people go there for. Even the so called 'hotties' in the DJ world probably only draw a small percentage of people who are there because of gender. In my opinion it's a frivilous issue that people who party shouldn't really bother with.
Oh...and what about the fact they make the ladies spin on the lower level and the men on top...Guess cause it's a Man's world ? :rolleyes:
Line up looks solid on both levels...hope everyone who goes enjoys the night.
