This is what i have found in the forums on technodron....
I don't know if the servers will ever be back, probably not. I don't know either if technodron will live. Probably something will happen next month or something. Techz has said to me he wanted a vacation from technodron, it took lot's of his time. There's not really that easy finding good servers which don't delete mp3 and can handle a lot of traffic each day. The traffic was the reason why our last server went down I heard. If someone can help us with webspace, it would be geat |

| it was such a nice site with great songs. not a whole lot but i like most almost all of the songs posted there. i hope it gets back up soon. |

i think the people in europe are having their summer vacation or something ...
i checked kickme.to/trancegate a site that compiles a list of good trance sites...
not much uploading activity going on in the trance community..
and all seems to have halt after the Black Hole email which threatens to sue the webmaster for posting their artistes production.. |

Black Hole Records (they allow livesets but not MP3s, even though DJ Tiesto likes the idea of MP3s...)
As for sites not uploading much, the Shadowzone people took a break. Trance Tunnel stopped their MP3 section due to Black Hole and the DJ Mixes 2K people took a break also. |

| Running a site eats up a TON of your free time... sometimes real life gets in the way and you gotta deal with things and of course the regulars to the site will be the first to notice this... |

I got tipped about this thread so i decided to answear you guys:
technodron has more or less died, yes ..
why?
well, first of all I have started on a new school with higher levels and more homework to do..
I train Football (soccer) 3 times a week for 2 hours, + matches.
I need some sleep.
I work besides school.
As you can see, Im a little busy these days.
You dont have any idea how much I worked on technodron when the site was active, must be about 1 or 2 hours every day. And lots of stress when new exclusive tracks got released, as technodron was kinda known for.
Servers also went straight to hell ://
With a stable server I could update technodron with a liveset or something in the weekends, but thats it ..
