dude...religion aint the problem...definitely not CHRISTIANITY! I dont know when Jesus ever said to strike down those who dont believe in him, or wage war on those who wont follow His ways...fact is, the only religions ruining anything are anti-Christ religions like Judaism and Islam, etc.
Nope...actually, Jesus said to forget about all of them (turn the other cheek in his own words).
So you ignorant blasphemous (look it up!) people should watch what you're saying! One day you'll be sorry for even joking about the very name of "Jesus".
:mad:BTW DJ Sanctuary... thanks for making all of us Christian Trancers come across as freaks. I produce and promote Christian trance too, but what you did is plain "out to lunch" and makes us look bad.

I was told there are 2 things you should never discuss in public: politics and religion. Good advice if I do say so myself. |
Yes i totally agree. Even with friends i really dont like talking about religion.
Things to never talk about in public: religion & politics (as you said), how much you make, who you dislike, who you want to assasinate, and who(name) you boned. |

I don't know why people get all anal when people bash gays (no pun intended) but when someone brings up something about their faith, they flame away.
Fine.. you don't like Christianity... keep it to yourself...
STOP BEING SO IGNORANT!!
We never said that you had to agree with what believe... You may get the wrong impression sometimes from s that call and believe themselves to be "Christian" and doing "God's work" etc...(for ex. the catholic church in the crusades, fundamentalist ignorant fanatics) but trust me.. that's not what Christianity is about...
Anyways... here's another good website for christian EDM.. www.tastyfresh.com and it has a pretty decent forum up and running...
btw.. christian mixes do not necessarily contain 100% "Christian" EDM.... Andy Hunter mixes non-Christian tracks with Christian tracks all the time (he's a Christian DJ from the UK)
Also... I am not sure.. but I'm just wondering.. is Darren Tate a Christian? |

Define 'Christian mix'. If a song is not made by a practising Christian, and does not include any Christian themes (i.e. - vocals, track title etc.)/is not created for the sole purpose of evangelism or for the enjoyment of Christians, then I don't class it as a 'Christian track'. How can you have a 'Christian mix' when it includes songs that have nothing to do with Christianity?
Either way, I don't give a rat's arse whether a track is 'Christian' or not. For all I care it could have been made by a crazed Muslim fundamentalist calling for all true Muslims to wage war in the infidels. All I listen to is the music itself. If it's a crap track, then it's a crap track, plain and simple.

personally i have nothing with ppl disagreeing with us... just don't like ignorant ppl (christians and non-christians alike).. I guess this is music discussion.. not intellectual flamewar discussion ;)...
but basically I would define a Christian mix to be a mix with the "Christian" message behind it... I know that's a broad definition.. but I don't want to say something and have ppl all flaming me or anything...
check out www.andyhunter.com
and listen to some of his tracks... some tracks are Christian and some aren't.. but there's some good music from this guy |

I just feel like nit picking here, so that's exactly what I'm going to do. :p
Let's assume that a Christian message would be love, which is essentially what Jesus (Albeit selectively ;)) taught. Let's assume that I'm a secular humanist (Which I am), and I make a song that includes vocals alluding to loving our fellow man and so on. Would you consider that a Christian song? |

religion dont cause wars
fukkin nut job with big heads do
ne ways..let ppl listen to what they want |
|
|
| Endlesswave |
| Religion DOES cause war because the people ("leaders") misinterperet or misconstrue what the religion teaches to mean whatever they want it to mean and that's where the problem is. The same can be said with politics... |
