hey i'm from sunny sydney in australia and i'm heading to europe in april and on the way back hom eto Sydney (around 20th July) i'll be staying o/n in Vienna, Austria( i think its in Austria lol) and i wsa wondering if anyone can provide any info on wher to go out in Vienna ie club, pub, bar etc. i know this is in the Sweden thread and maybe you and Austria have some type of rivalary or something:D :D :D
Just thought that maybe, seeing as though Austria is near Sweden ( i think :D :D , someone can give me some info etc
oh yeah i think i'll be stayin' somewhere near the airport ..so somewhere close to that would be good

By that i gather Vienna isnt in Austria :D :D
Actually i dropped geography in high school- i thought that i wouldnt need it :D :D
So i guess that Vienna is inn Switzerland or something ...will look at map :D :D
Anyway can anyone recommend a goood bar, club, pub in Vienna ( whatever country its in )
Oh yeah do they speak english in this city ? |

what makes you think people who live so far away know any decent clubs there :D as I said you'd better ask someone from Austria or southern Germany..
a lot of (particulary) young people will speak pretty decent English but the main language is German. |

my experience is that they really suck on english... germany, austria, france, italy, spain etc. they all have really poor english! |

and for you information, Vienna is the capital city of Austria, not Switzerland...
