Dress well. Act mature. And you're in.

I have to say, I am really not comfortable about the whole "you might get in" thing.... I am sure over time everybody will get used to it... but at this point you just can't plan an evening around it, if there is any chance one of the group of you might not get in... what if you are with 4 or 5 people, and one person does not get in.

Perhaps Boa went a bit overboard with the elitist thing.... I am sure that will fade as more and more people go, and more and more people get in. I did read the thread with Mr. Boa's thoughts on the topic...

Maybe a little more re-assurance from the powers that be that there will be no problems getting in would help. (my anyways...)

...like I said, I had no problem getting in. They weren't ID'ing anyone, nobody got turned away even. They just don't want an immature crowd going there.
Time2Burn
One of my best club experiances ever. Boa's hype was lived up to for once and was exceeded. Scumfrog played an incredible set for over 5 hours and had the crowd going crazy. Seeing the WHOLE crowd dancing their ass off many times was quite a sight - kind of what i hear Industry used to be like. And the vibe was great.

Glad that tons of TAs came out to experiance this aswell.

Awesome. 10/10

sick sick party. the frog was kinda soft for the beginning of his set, but really turned it up and lit that place on fire. we stayed till about 7:30a, partied at a friend's for a bit, then rocked the zone till i think around 4p. (happy b-day deko...hot CD! :D )

i met a wholw lotta freakin TAs as well...i'm not sure if i can recall - hansolo, maxtuh, pixiechick, steroprincess, jennarae (again :)), rabbitjoker, summer21 (hi :)), jennypie's sister, time2burn, muff2k. hmmm..that's a record, by far for me :)

I really enjoyed this night too! Scumfrog was great! Outside of the TA circle the energy was a little subdued but when you have passionate people like the TA group flashing smiles every which way you look it is really impossible to have a mediocre night. I loved the fact that the place was not too packed and you actually had real room to dance. I didn't spend alot of time on the main dance floor as I really wasn't too keen on all the bright lights (little too top 40 for my liking) but found some great places along the perimeter where I could get down to it. I also LOVED the staff...very friendly, professional and they all seemed to be enjoying themselves dancing at their stations.

Loved BOA's monstrous crisp sound...and the no ringing in the ears after the fact tells me they have done something right.

As always it was awesome to see such a huge TA turnout and it was great meeting all of you who I had not yet had the chance to party with. I think it was around 6:30am when this girls old hips started to give way but the dance floor was still pumping.

I will definitely be going back to BOA!I eagerly await a massive dark progressive night in this new venue!!

this was an un-expected call for Boa. just as infinity_HIGH said, we had a couple beers & joints and the next thing you know where at Boa! lool
i am very impressed with Boa. the soundsystem impressed me the most, it is so clear, crisp & banging. its defintely better than Guv's ;) the lights are oki and i think that they will actually get better by time. nice again to see all the TA's, you know who you are :) Scumfrog played a wicked set but later on i just couldn't feel him anymore, maybe coz hes beats started gettin to repetative? anyways, next party im hitting up is definitely @ Boa! :D

What a great night! Got there around 3, in with no hassles thanks to my friend and Edwin. Finally met some TAs - pixiechick, rabbitjoker, pete and marcin ;) , and of course KevinEarth. Caught up with Jeff on the dancefloor as I knew I would and we ripped it up for a bit (nice moves buddy!). So glad to party with my sister again, I miss my dancing partner!
And what can I say about Boa but WOW! That SOUND!! Scumfrog was good, as Pete said - nice and dirty but nothing extraordinary. Towards the end of the night my friends and I were getting tired and could only think about leaving to hear Dekoze, who threw down a killer birthday set at the Zone.
Overall, a fantastic night! So much fun!

sean miller was in incredible... i might go as far as saying that i liked him better than Jesse.

jesse for me this time around was too much of the same, i was hoping to hear some different stuff, but his set was much like last time at system... but then again i never really gave him a chance because i had to work the next day so i left at 5 :(

i just wanted to hear Pass Dat Dutch, did he play it??

BOA is a sick club, incredible soundsystem, very very diverse crowd, but friendly nonetheless

and i must say, BOA had the hottest girls in toronto saturday night, no joke!

around 3:30 me and my friend kacper (some of u met him) noticed around 20 hot girls walking up the stiars (of course most of them were our TOTA girls ;)), unbelieveable! we thought we were in for a sausagefest... but the scenery was beautiful.

wtf, no alcohol? maybe tahts why they charge so much for cover??

they should still serve drinks from like 1-2 :(

thats all i need. 4 rocky mountain bear ******s and a Keith's is all the muffster asks for!

howdy to all the regulars u know who u are...

met some new faces, DigitalMP, FNXTC, and peter's friend Przemek.

see u guys again whenever, Mauro & Ferry for sure!

She definitely has moves!
I got to meet her BF KevinEarth (nice to meet yea) but unfortunately didn't get the pleasure of meeting "Glutegirl" aka jennypie's sis.
I look forward to dancing with both of your again soon  :tongue2

[EDIT]
Damn, almost forgot my review! :clown:

Scumfrog....at Boa....is just awesome!
1. Boa's sound system is everything everyone said it was. I was very impressed by the crispness and the fact (like angelgirl) that my ears weren't ringing at all, even right after I left the club (or the next day).
Kutos to Boa for such a great sound that you've created!
2. The bouncers and service was great. Despite the Fort Knox search at the door (which I'm not dissing at all) it was appreciated and should have been the 1st clue that this was going to be different experience. I was wondering what happened to some of the old non-SARS detecting airports metal detectors went...:toothless
3. Even at the busiest point of the night I wasn't really impeded on the dance floor; a fact I'll attibute to the guys at the front door; good job! (==> GUV: take notes <== :whip: )
4. Vibe was a little dull outside the TA realm but then, we know why we were smilin'!! :D
5. Finally the Scumfrog himself, really started to dig into the tribal aspect and when he sensed boredum an awesome break or sample would break it up.
RJ: do you remember the name of THAT track? You know, the one we were discussing about everyone waiting for that pinicale point in their night to call it, "A great night"?
I agree that was it too...

I look forward to the next Boa night!
