But is there any sort of trance scene in Oshawa/Whitby?

| I used to live in Whitby and the trance scene there SUCKS. I got all my friends into it now, but they tend to listen to the wrong stuff, like scooter. How unfortunate. |

| your best bet is to try to book some TA dj's for a nightclub like Liquid whcih is closed for a few months now anyways. Thats the only club worth going to in Durham and well, the Big Sexy... But they still dont compare to Toronto clubs... obviously.... |

Oshawa is only 25-30 min from peterborough which has a really great party scene. 2nd Floor Lounge on Simcoe st. There was a party there featuring TA DJs yesterday which I believe was really good (still waiting for more details) and Funkstate does a show there once a month, which has lots of Trance, House and Techno. Also Hard Trance and Hard House.
Next one is march 27th go here for details
