Here is my latest finished track.
Its called Koh Phanang as I've just come back from Thailand, where I got my inspiration for this track from.

Man, this is great, enjoyed it alot. You are getting better and better, well done! :D, good master as well tho there are some parts with distortion. What software do you use for you'r music? Anyway, the only bad comment is that clap, its horrible, add some reverb and reduce its volume.
Overall good work :D keep it up. |

Im using FL Studio 4.1, with a bunch of vsti's, i.e. z3ta, albino, pro53 etc.
Just got me hands on the vanguard but havent used it in a production yet. Gunna start something new over the weekend after I've fixed this up.
The clap is not what I want in there at the moment. Trying to achieve an airbase style clap. Started a post in the Production Studio and got some gud feedback so will play about with that and put a nice little swooshy style clap in.
I've listened to this so many times now. Any chance you could tell me where you've heard the distortion. I bet its coming from my filter automation. Havent completely sussed out Q spots & resonance yet.
Any1 else? |

Sounding good! Very nice key changes - they remind me Out Of The Blue infact. String sounds are sweet! Percs are good but I agree with EM and have to say the clap could do with a change.
Anyway, keep it up mate. :D |

oh yeah i remember this...u sent it over msn :)
i liked the hats n , very clever eq, delay and reverb work there andy :p
i noticed u took the weird arpeggio thing out of this one...it didnt really fit...
intresting work with the background 303s...
personally, this could of been harder, the kick was really weak and didnt have the low frequencys...it didnt pack a punch...
also the bassline was a little flat...hard music usually has a punchy bassline...
the structure of this track seems rather progressive/ambient over hard...
its pretty good though :) u did finish it in the end! |

Very nice production and arrangement over all, however you must change the clap as mentioned before, make the kick stronger and more lowend , Overall good song,but as gtrecords mentioned the melody is a little too obvious and commercial. Keep at it :gsmile: |
