And with a crack of his whip, Paul commisions another Nu-NRG Remix for a Vandit release! He promised to let them out of the Vandit Records basement for a whole day if they do a good job!

lol, before I get flamed, its not bad. Still think the Askew mix rocks!
Billabong
I hope this remix is better than some of their past ones.

Yeah, their remixes of Synthasia and Sunday Afternoon were pretty much crap imo.

And only a year ago Nu-NRG looked so promising with tunes like 'Bonzai, Last Experience, and End Kiss' (to name only a select few). Where did that Nu-NRG go cuz I want them back.
Psygnosis
*prepares 5 pounds for it's 2005 release :o
Nell
if you save 1.37 pennys every day, you will have £5.00 a year from now so you cna buy it.

Exactly! Damn, they seem to have gone downhill in a hurry. The remix could either provide hope or seal their fate as Vandit's cheese masters.

I'm not holding my breath.

Quite possibly one of the top 10 most hilarious statements on this board. :stongue:

All these remixes are just fillers untill Bonsai arrives.

Has anybody noticed this trend latley: Paul starts hammering a trance tune. It get signed to Vandit. A couple months later Nu-NRG does a remix...

I hope this one sounds decent. Their stuff lately has been pure crap. I liked it better when Nu-NRG releases were far and few between.

some of nu nrg's mixes have been hit & miss
Good ones: Carrera 2 & The Eternal
Ok/not very good ones: sunday afternoon & synthansia

i think nu nrg are at their best either
producing their own tracks or
performing live

i still rate them very highly, just coz their last 2 remixes have been a bit average doesnt make them crap all of a sudden
they need to avoid doing a "G&D" who last year remixed every track on earth it seems
