The price for events is a absolute joke tho. Look at homelands this year £55 + booking fee. And then you probably have to pay to park the car which is another fiver. Its all about draining as much money out of you as they can.

i dont think thats true anymore mate, cos it seemed to be a big thing on the tidy boards a month a go or so, but now its all died down, but we'll see

How can this be? They are not stupid, if total capacity multiplied by ticket cost is smaller than booking PvD, you dont do it!

I doubt any promoter would be stupid enough to make a loss on PvD. Granted you may make a bit of a reputation for the club, but it's not gonna boost attendence week in, week out if the lineups fall back to the same old stuff.

ed is working hard to see where to go with it next, but it's defos not gonna stay at charles street.
