The price for events is a absolute joke tho. Look at homelands this year £55 + booking fee. And then you probably have to pay to park the car which is another fiver. Its all about draining as much money out of you as they can. |

i dont think thats true anymore mate, cos it seemed to be a big thing on the tidy boards a month a go or so, but now its all died down, but we'll see |

How can this be? They are not stupid, if total capacity multiplied by ticket cost is smaller than booking PvD, you dont do it!
I doubt any promoter would be stupid enough to make a loss on PvD. Granted you may make a bit of a reputation for the club, but it's not gonna boost attendence week in, week out if the lineups fall back to the same old stuff.
