ok let me clear up some things, since markfeldman has decided to go putting some things I said privately to some friends out in public.

First off I've been a fan of Johan for a LONG time. I don't care what anybody says, I think his track selection is awesome. Nobody's a perfect mixer, from Johan to Tiesto to Armin.

I am in NO WAY trying to say anything bad here about Johan, merely cover my own ass when it comes to broadcasting.

I got to talk to Johan several times at Space before & after his show there last Wednesday during wmc, and the two quick times before his set I got to talk to him I told him that I'd senn him several times before (he actually remembers Atlanta since he only spun there once) and last wmc, etc. and he was perfectly nice when I was telling him how big of a fan I was. He even said he'd shout out to the internet listeners on the next show. So I'm thinking all is well.

I have mutual friends of his that said he would probably appreicate the free promotion, knowing that I get Liftoff to hundreds, possibly thousands more people outside of holland each week... so after his set when he was up chilling I went over and congratulated him on another great set... he's all smiles and thank you's. Then I said "look I want to tell you something, I run an internet radio station and while I listen to liftoff, I also help hundreds of other people around the world listen too" at which point he mumbled something about "that being ID&T's show" and turned around and walked away. Needless to say I was extremely embarrassed, and not interested in talking to him anymore but whenever he saw me, he headed for the roped off VIP area.

The only real concern I have for ETS, if he's that much of ID&T's bitch, he might go saying something to ID&T about it and the last thing I can handle is a lawsuit. So while I'm doing it this week, I'm still undecided whether going forward if I'm going to continue relaying Liftoff or "lay low" about my relay.

If he doesn't appreciate it, then it's his problem. Still, I wouldn't want any lawsuits on my door. I'd stop.

althought u have good intentions and i cant personally see anything that ur doing is wrong or hurting anyone, before just streaming someones show, u should have emailed ID&T/Gielen and asked permission, if nothing more just to cover your arse. and i wouldnt stream it again until u do. if they do want to sue (worse case scene), then theyre gona listen to ETS next time Life Off is on, and hope to catch u streaming. id personally stop streaming and go hunt the permission. tho it maybe abit difficult seen as u were doing it anyway...

and id give ur "mate" markfeldman abit of a slap aswel for stirring in public.

Thats a shame, I know armin knows the fact that ETS always relays his show all the time and never complains since the ID&T stream is always full.
