i dont even know what a bond is, but you cant go wrong with a realestate investment with room for growth. that being said, dont buy land in california. i dont see how that can possibly get higher. (i hope) |

with global warming on the rise i wouldnt worry about an iceage, just buy real estate a little inland from the coast so when the sea level rises you'll own prime waterfront property :rolleyes:

ah... thx.
though about the global warming thing. it isnt necessarily all about global warming. thought the average global temperature has increased 4°, not all places will get warmer as a result of the global climate change. like i said, they predict that one effect will be that europe will enter an ice age. i forget why but i suppose i could dig up the information if you want it. |

nah... they were just wrong when they coined the term global warming. those articles i posted kind of explained it. |
