Well what can i say, it was a killer weekend, mazen and me ended up very tired.
it all started last thursday, went to montreal to pick up mazen and 2 ladie friends, and we went on the road, it was my first time going there so i expected to get lost, lucky enough the crew on board knew how to get there. arriving in quebec we picked up another friend and then went for a small dinner, from there it was the DAGOBERT. what can i say, i was impressed, it's a great setup. world class looking club. 3 rooms. middle one was rock with a live band i think? i was told the bottom floor was the hip hop room. and the top floor was the electronic room. wich was very nice. the laser the lights, it was great. and from the tour, the best looking ladies where there.
we meet with ferry at the bar while ronald was playing, and after that it was ferry's turn. he blew the roof off :P funny note. the club was about to close, so ferry stoped and then everyone started cheering for one more track wich he had allready on the cdj when someone turn everything off on the dj booth :P so he had to wait till they turn it on :P, in the meantime it was like a soccer match, people where screaming "OLE OLE OLE OLE" funniest ever.biggy thanks for the drinks :)
after ferry was done it was out turn to get back, mazen, one of the girls and me got back to montreal safely, droped them at their places and whent home to sleep, then it was ARIA turn. went to pick up zing, and from there we went to st-soulspice, but no one was there, we decided to go to amir and we saw alec and the ottawa crew with him :) hasan, party girl and 2 other peepz :), after that it was ferry, and well most of you where there and remember how it was on the dance floor singing "punk" even the techno guys hehe.
after he was done we took ferry to the hotel and went to zing place to sleep for at least 2 hours before picking ferry and bringing him to the airport. after that it was my town :P so we drove to moring heights, ate some home made mexican food, and watched some tv.
sunday it was time for ottawa, so we started on the road and for our bad luck there was a snow storm :whip: so we had to drive kinda slow with hard techno on the cd player :disbelief after a while we tought we were lost so went to a store and a gorgous looking girl gave me a map :clown: so we took it from there.
arrived at ottawa at around 11:20, went to kate's place to chill for some minutes (thanks for the beer kate ;-) ) after that it was SURFACE, what can i say, the mainroom is as big as aria coat check section lol. other than the staff wich was bunch of idiots asking stuff like "do you have something you dont want me to find?" while they frisk us to the damn law of no alcohol after 2am :disbelief. to the incident with karim's bill (thanks for the drink karim ;-) ) it was party time. we danced more here than we did at aria and dagobert so it was probably where we had more fun, after that it was back to my place and to our normal lives.
hope i didn't got anyone bored :P hehe thanks for the great times to everyone we saw on this trip. |

I think the 23rd is Cycle 2 at Space. It was at first supposed to be PVD, then it was supposed to be Johan Gielen, but now I think its Mauro Picotto.
*prays its Scott Bond* :p |

Damn straight Malek.. we're talking the ripe old age of 29-30 here! ;)
as that is probably the average age of the lot by my guesstimates.
It's all good, a lot of these people I just haven't seen in a LONG time out for techno. Mills is pretty much as much of an excuse as you get for the occasion. :D
I'd love to see Claude Young here. There's a name you don't see around everyday either. |
