I choose Conan O'Brien, and here's my take:
Kilborn: Laughs too hard at his own lame jokes that aren't even funny. Not a funny guy in general. Crap interviews.
Leno: Tells a good monologue joke now and then. Jaywalking is fun sometimes. Also it's nice when someone like Harland Williams comes on to do a remote. Interviews suck.
Kimmel: He thinks he's funnier than he actually is.
Letterman: Laughs rediculously hard at unfunny things. Cracks a smile at the occasional appearance of something funny. Will it float? Do I give a ? Unfunny interviews.
Daly: Why is this man on TV?
O'brien: Can make anyone laugh. Monologue/skits shaky sometimes, but everyone has off days. Funny remotes/interviews. Just a funny guy. |

| Conan, easy. His personality plays a key role in his delivery of jokes, especially if it flops. |

| Conan should take over the Tonight Show, and Andy Rickter should come back and take the Late Night spot. Replace Letterman with John Stuart. Daily Show kicks ass. |
