Max Graham as a top40 DJ? (pg. 2)

ok so...heres the deal
85/86 i learned to scratch being a little rap bboy. lived in NYC and had no clue about mixing...started skateboarding and moved away... (LA)
91 started working at a teen club playing saltnpepa/klf/shabbaranks and scratching a bit...had no clue how to mix so taught myself.
92-95 played top 40 in a number of commercial clubs...songs like...*gulp*...wiggle it / what is love / ace of base
95 dragged kicking and screaming to a party in montreal...
got fired mere weeks later from top 40 club for trying to play josh wink and house music...then someone handed me an essential mix of sasha playing BT records (which were amazing at the time)
and here we are...

i didnt forget but rather i didnt think my bathtub musical choice was relevant...im detecting sarcasm.
ooooh i also owned an aerobic tape company making super cheesy tapes at 130-150 bmp...just another way to pay the rent while still playing music

actually he said that in a mixmag interview back in 2001...and I was looking thru that mag for an article at the time max posted.
