well, its a day before the event, and the promoters have ed up big time.
I just got word that they oversold VIP by 1000 tickets. So now instead of getting reduced VIP over 2 weeks ago, me and 4 others are getting ed over. This is ing ridiculous. Now I have to pay MORE money to just get into normal admission. So I went from getting reduced VIP over 2 weeks ago, to paying more than original price for regular admission.
I hate sketchy promoters. Never thought it would happen with an event this big. I hope all you TO guys have tickets in your hands, because if you dont, be prepared to shell out another $35 each just to get into regular admission. |

Maybe because they havent been told theyve been ed in the ass yet. :p
I just feel bad for people coming from further away and the same happening to them. Fortunately, I could still get regular tickets, but they might not be so lucky.
I dont think I will be doing business through that promoter ever again. Its the 2nd time in a row hes kept us waiting until the last second for info. |

well, lets hope its just us then. I think there was 90 people coming from Ottawa. I dont know why I was told they oversold by 1000 then.
I guess it was just the promoter being a lazy ass and not picking up the tickets after we gave him the money. I mean, he had close to 3 weeks to get the tickets. We were told we would have them 2 days after we paid for them. Hopefully I can get the full info soon.
(btw, it was not a promoter who visits these boards.) |

i really wanted to come to this but i found out a bit too late and couldn't get VIP tix.

i'll be going next year FOR SURE!!! hopefully it will be as good as this year.

we got ****ed by a promoter here in montreal as well - for two weeks we called him to get vip tix for us but every single day he told us to call back telling us that he would be getting them soon, so we waited and waited. yesterday we called him only to find out that he sold out of all the tix! we basically got screwed over but luckily for us, we were still able to get regular tix from the outlets, with only a couple minutes to spare.
it just pisses me off that we relied on this guy for tix and he said he would be getting them shortly. if he had said that he wasn't able to get anymore, then i wouldn't be as pissed, it's the fact that he said that he was able to get them and then at the very last minute, backs out on his word. |

Honestly, Bal en Blanc Management ed promoters big time this year!!! Promoising things then not deliviring at the last minute!! They're really badly organized:whip: :whip: :whip: (talking from experience!) |

ill say it briefly..
1st: promoters were told too that they would get funken tickets....but they found out...and belive me i was FURIOUS..
2nd: i dont know...but for myself...i got so many calls in the last two weeks....you couldnt belive it
anyways...im really sorry for all of you...i got a third of the tiockets i would have sold...sorry to everyone that was frustrated about anything that happened...just try to understand...:rolleyes:
