not bad...not bad at all. you dont usually see people who can run a mile at a decent speed be able to sprint pretty fast. i was on the track team in my hs and those were about my numbers, though i never ran more than a mile at a time (i was a sprinter). we had kids on our team (17 year olds) who would run 11 sec flat 100 m, 55 sec 400 m, 4 30 miles!!!, and 10 30 2 miles. we were in stacked. we just beat the out of everyone. being the best is awesome.

Heh.

I think they were still using "yards" the last time I ran something timed :p

Actually no...they did use the metric system and I was slow.

I was also a horrible discus thrower and a mediocre at best shot putter.

Football was my best sport and I was not all that good at it either.

Oh...one thing I whooped some ass in was PickleBall in PE in high school. I could put some mad english on that bastard :D

I did squat 5 reps of 425 pounds when I was 16. Can't do anything near that now.

I am not much of the physical accomplishment type as is pretty obvious lol.

It was. :P They made us do a mile in highschool each year and I was like, "I'm not getting all sweaty. I'd rather walk." Besides, I hardly ever exercised then and was fairly overweight, and suddenly trying to run a whole mile was like murder.

I haven't measured myself then, and that was like, 2 years ago when I last did it I think.

when i used to do a lot of cardio...i built up to 7 miles in an hour so whatever that is...

Theres a guy at my school in the year below my, 16/17 years old, who runs 10.8. Hes faster than Mark Lewis-Francis was at the same age. It will be interesting to see if he goes anywhere with his running. I also swim with a guy whos part of a world schools winning relay team, on the verge of making the olympic squad (doing trials next week) and his the fastest youth in GB by a good second.
