So this is my question to you: What do you think about Sasha?
NO WARS GUYS! It is allowed to have different opinions.

My opinion about sasha:
He's one of my favorite dj's. I've only heard one album and a couple livesets. But i love him.:D Great mixing skillz and really good track selection. He plays very progressive tunes. I think that is very good, because my favorite genre is progressive trance and house.:D

Sooo... come on guys.. WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ABOUT SASHA?
verminator
havnt heard too much of him either, but what i have heard so far is very good

i like his productions very much (scorchio \ xpander )
and the albums ive heard (gu13 and some more) are very good
always good livesets

CraveTheRave
One of my favorite DJs and greatest mixer. I've heard only one album of his but i've seen him live once play for 8 hours with Digweed and that was amazing. He'd put a record on, go to the bathroom and take the other one off and everyone at the front was stunned by how flawless his mixing was. If you love prog. house, you gotta love Sasha. Not to mention Scorchio ROCKS!!!
DJ Sean

Progressive music is BOOORING!

DJ Fien
Sasha is one of my favorite DJ's; I would like to quote an anonoymous person on the internet: "Sasha has taken me places the others only have brochures for"

For as long as I've been aware of it I have liked trance. I listened to Sasha's Global Underground (CD 2) 2 years ago and from that point on I was an addict. My life has been changed because of the aural intoxication that it produced.

:p

Sasha is amazing.

He blew out an ear-drum (I think...might be a different part of his ear), so that's why as of late he hasn't been able to do any sets.

The guy is a master of mixing progressive. In my opinion he's the biggest DJ to look out for if you like the darker side of trancey type music.

Not only him, but look out for the man that made his career w/ Sasha. Diggers. Digweed's current KISS100 sets are simply remarkable DJ sets. The way that the songs flow into eachother is just out of this world. It's a wonder sometimes to try and setup a cue set for each Digweed set.

He had a perforated ear drum (from his accident) and that should be healing (we hope!!!!)

I agree with you in regards to Digweed, he is pretty awesome. I particularly like his Twilo anniversary set from a couple of months ago.

Peace

As someone said once, the job that Sasha has (and, for that matter, all his progressive brethren) is to take boring music and make it interesting. He doesn't take music that's already interesting. I think this tells a whole lot.
