For that price I'm surprised it doesn't mix for you. Looks more like something you would use to mix instruments for a band (like in a recording studio...not a mixer someone would use to DJ.

Thats what I thought also but when I looked around on the internet it turns out its for Dj'ing.

thats craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy

I chit chatted with Barry Ashworth from the Dub Pistols once, and he was telling me about playing at a club in Singapore (I think it was Zouk, most likely was, but I don't remember what he said exactly), but they had a rotary mixer.
He said it was crazy to use, but once you got the hang of it it was really nice.

I played in a club in Baltimore MD that had a URI board and i'll have to say it kick ass. If you are the style of Dj that likes longer smooth mixes a knob board is for you.

haha

now mix on that!

If thats what you like you should check out the Rane board listed in the link below. Still will run you about $2000.00 but a very, very nice board.

not mids, no lows = useless

id pay 400 for that. even though its got 4 phono, 8 line ins, its friggen useless without mids or lows. And dj's dont need 4 phonos.

hahaha your a ing idiot. that mixer is made for house dj's if you had any sort of brain. long mixes is key. and oops? what is that a hpf? wait do you know what a hpf is? high pass filter. yes.. u use that to mix tracks together.

u can buy the eq rack unit with it for an extra 2000 bux.

never heard of a v6? how about a urei? or a rane rotary? why do i try..

level of ignorance ensues...

edit: oh yea and i would love to own a v6! i currently have a xone 62 right now but hot damn, rotary would be nice nice nice.
