| Lately, I've been going through alot of mental stress. So, I'm going to take some time off to relax, meditate a bit maybe, and discuss things with friends on TFC and stuff. Does anybody have any ideas on other things to do to help release some anxiety and crap? |

Heh, I know how you feel. Apparently some has decided to send out a bunch of spoof emails which appear to originate from me which contain a variety of abusive and threatening remarks to a number of other people.
Of course, no one -
1. None of the recipients of the emails.
2. None of the college officials assigned to investiage them.
3. None of the administrators at the school.
Not one single person is smart enough to even bother checking the email header, nor are they willing to show it to me so that I can point out where the email really came from. Apparently they don't even understand that email can be spoofed.
Help me, I'm surrounded by idiots with PhDs. Not one of them can form a coherent argument either - but if I point out their fallacious reasoning I'm being "disrespectful." So yeah, I'm pretty ing pissed off.
I worked myself to complete and utter exhaustion at the gym, and now I'm finishing up my dinner. Then I'll probably just sleep. Sleep is always good. Good luck with whatever is bothering you.
