I came across a couple records in my collection, and had noticed that either of them got big until some bigger names played or released mix CDs with the tracks in them.
Name some tracks you think or are sure you had on vinyl and/or played out live before any big-name DJs played/released them.
One track I'm sure of is: Mono - Rise. I had this track on vinyl about a month before Armin released it in his ASOT 2004 CD. I think I had 1 of the 3 or 4 that were released at my local store on the Mondo label. |

| I'm generally just happy if I have stuff in my vinyl crate that is currently being playlisted by a headliner, it's pretty much impossible to be getting tracks before the headliners do... |

I got afew, I had:
Rank1 - Airwave on whitelabel way before it became big.
Wonderboy - Everybody, WAYYY before it was heard, I got it on whitelabel, but its the versions that didn't have the crappy vocals in it, and they had no name at the time.
BT vs PVD - Namustai (SP?), on whitelabel again, had it before I heard of it.
Mike Koglin - Silence, on promo, before it became big and was heard everwhere.
Armin - Communication, promo again, before it was heard everwhere, but only got it like a week before it got alot of airplay and was slammed in the local clubs.
Veracocha - Carte Blanche, promo, was getting some play in clubs, but got it before it became massive and was played all the time on MTV.
I got many more, but can't remember, plus I gotta goto a house party, so I'll try and post tomorrow. |

| I had adam sheridan - lektrik before i ever heard of it on the internet. Then again, that track is not so very huge & big and all, but still extremely good. |

Me too. I had a few other mp3.com artists which became pretty popular, I wish I could think of them now :(
Adam Sheridan - Lektrik [Adam's Inside-Out Remix] is a kick ass tune, I don't understand why it is not more popular. |

| I had Roger Goode - In The Beginning at least 6 months before Pete Tong played it on the essential selection... |

w3rd. I (unintentionally) impressed the out of a friend of mine when she was using my computer and PPK popped up on my ICQ list. this was just after Resurrection had hit it big, except I didn't know, as I wasn't partying much at the time.
My greatest moment was when Thunder was in town a couple of years ago, and was going through the bins at a friend's store. Picked up half a dozen records that I'd bought a couple weeks earlier :D |
