ive had mild panic attacks while flying in thunderstorms. worse one was landing in Baltimore maryland (connection). thunderstorm was there the plane was like rising up and down. one sec. your glued to your seat, next sec, feel like your going to rise out of it. then the wings would jolt left and right. and the cabin bins were rattling. everyone was edgy also. but, i just started sweatin and breathin more rapidly. i held tightly to the arm rests, and stared outside.

you could hear the thuinder through the titanium plates, and see the lightning in the clouds. when we got to the runway, the plane slammed down. it was the roughest landing ive ever been on. it was so hard. it rose u out of your seat and back down real hard. crazy experiance.

After one of my best friend's passed away last year I had a full blown panic attack. I doubt that I would have been able to tell you my middle name. I felt detached from the world around me...it was intense. It happened more than once, but each time was in association with his death.

Yeah panic attacks are very serious.... and for those people that do not understand the mental exhaustion that they entail, and on top of that poke fun about them is NOT COOL.

humor comes in many ways, but not in that way.

Especially when you have one when you are driving and you’re on the verge of passing out because the palpitation is ripping you up, your legs are numb, sweating etc and thoughts of dieing. If I did pass out then I will crash and kill myself and maybe over drivers, it’s no laughing matter.
