Space was still going off when i left at 12:45,(neil dragged me out kicking and screaming-i so wanted to shut it down) oh yea all this on 30 min nap after junkie the nite before now i have to drive back to tampa,

BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats the way to do it! and thanks for supporting sander, his style is not what everyone on ta is used to but it has a great vibe, and i love it and cant wait to see him wednesday... thanks for getting me excited
as far as the sign YES lets make it!! unfortunately my artistic skills are not very good... you should take a look at the PVd atlanta pics and model their sign.... our NEEDS to say THIS IS NOT MIAMI and i guess flta somewhere.... i think it would be a great idea.... i also considered making a sign that says this is not manilla b/c im dying to hear that song, but that might not be as easily understood? oh well... 2 MORE DAYS....
ps shame on all you pussies going to bed early... you need to sleep until 130 am and THEN go to space.... sander seems to love the late night too bad hell only be playing orlando until 3 (i will dream about an afterparty like the one we had with ferry after HOB)

my brothers post sums up my thoughts exactly, if i didnt get a little help from an old friend i defintely would of pulled a harold and dipped early(dead tired), the first two hours of roland's set was just mindless, sloppy bass tracks with voices(typical house!), but it was not bad towards the end, or as bad, i should say. then sander brought the "funk" with his funky house, for the next nine hours, his terrace set being one for the eons. defintely consider him in the upper echelon of house djs like dj dan, danny howells, and donald glaude. and the only reason i dragged ryan out kicking and screaming is because he was starting to scare people because his face looked like haloween! just jokin. but i agree with you other ta's, space definitely made a bad move letting markus go, it was nice seeing him start or end a nite at space, he was like the exclamation point at the end of a sentence, the final touch of seasoning to finish your stew or paella(for you latinos), the starch on your pressed shirt,metaphorically speaking, his creative sets will be missed.
P.S. THERE IS ONLY ONE TIESTO, two months and counting, i know harold cant wait. |

Hey Guys! sorry i missed most of u at space, but priviledge was bangin, techno that is :D
Sander inside was good towards the end, which is when i got there. hey played trancey and i rememeber hearing a new track that tiesto is starting to play. I was glad to see a big crowd inside and in the terrace. Nice bumpin into to u Ryan :) I wish u alot of luck when u move down here. Remember not to let the party lifestyle takeover your life b/c it can get messy.
till next time....i hope some of u come to the space anniversary party on may 15. I will be there in full force celebrating my graduation :D |
