Hey guys,
has anyone heard this old Scooter track? not too sure how old it is, but I LOVE it!
This song proves that the singer HP Baxter does have a voice after all, I really like it, acoustic track with guitars and nice sounds of waves crashing and a nice female singing quietly in the background (no chipmunks!)
Anyone else heard this and likes it?
I love it man, this is like when I heard Vengaboys - Paradise, couldnt bloody believe it! how such a hated artist can come up with a brilliant song.
Comments please - no Scooter bashing please, just listen to the song before you start posting that stuff....
Cheers, |

| That track is from 1998 and can be found on No Time To Chill album (1998) and it's a remake of an old Billy Idol song. They have done several ballads like that over the years but i'm not a big fan of those tracks. I prefer the much older ones like Rhapsody In E, Back In Time, Waiting For Spring, Beautiful Vibes,.... |

| Yeah Paradise was ing mint. If you look at who makes up the Vengaboys though, you'd see why it was so much better than their other stuff. It's 2 producers and 2 singers, and they just cut the cheese out by not using the singers:D |

Scooter can create good stuff...just think that he dont make as much money on it...however that not an excuse for what he's doing now some
try some scooter songs under his alias "Ratty"...sunrise at and living on vidoe is not bad at all(in my opinion) |

i dont think ive heard this before, but id just like to take this opportunity to say to anyone out there that is gonna tar scooter with the same brush as dj sammy and other cheeseank, needs to check out pre 96 stuff. i will say right now that i am a fan of older scooter stuff, and they DID have a big name for themselves way back when. granted theyre new stuff can be found in your local deli counter. but its all pretty good if you ignore the re-samples and MC HB shouting tinned spaghetti is great, or other random stuff he comes out with.
everyone should do themselves a favour and accumilate
scooter - move your ass
scooter - back in the UK
scooter - endless summer
scooter - ravin im ravin
scooter - rebel yell
its good stuff :) |

I could add a list of Scooter tracks to listen, especially for those Scooter bashers. ;)
I personally hate most Scooter stuff from 1998-> to bits too. Older tracks again from around 94-97 still work very well for me.

Some tracks are remakes/covers/whatever but unlike the more recent ones, these are pretty nice. Just like the No Fate track for example is a remake of Zyon's '92 classic but IMO very nicely done and without Hp's shouting too! |

Is this a cover of Billy Idol - Eye's without a face ?
Eye's without a face and The dead nextdoor were pretty sweet for Billy Idol |

Yes, they do and some of their best tunes are actually their original stuff :)
Not to mention that they're far more talented than some of the TOP10 DJ's (the original trio, that is) because the variety of genres they used to work on (Like Breaks, Techno, Trancecore, House,...) was really impressive. Who cares if there were some remakes - they're quality anyway :) |

this one is pure bliss, taucher stripped away almost everything except some vocals and the melody and created this wonderful piece |
