My Dad Was Arrested For Trying To Murder The Queen!!!!!

This is probably the most bizzare and funny thing that has ever happened to me! well here goes...
last week me and my family went on a holiday to scotland. every 6 months the queen of england moves out of buckingham palace to go and live in balmoral castle. one day we visited the town of balmoral and parked our car somewhere. we didn't know at first but we'd parked our car on the queen's land and accidently left our car unlocked. the RPS (royal protection police) regually patrol the area to protect the queen. they discovered our car parked iligially and unlocked so they presumed it was a gettaway car, they then scanned the number plate and because our car is from ireland they thought we were from the IRA! (irish republican army(a terrorist group who hates the british government and the royal family, something to do with them wanting independance of ireland) so they called for all armed police in the area on full alert! they found my dad, two policemen grabbed him and shoved his head into a car and drove off! my mum was paniking, she thought he had been kidnapped! we eventually arrived at the police station to find out that he had been charged with attempted murder! no joking! they were the policemans actual words! it took three hours to prove to the police that he was innocent and to be released. he didn't talk to anyone for about two days after that and I think he is now threatening to sue the police! |
