I still like BT. I think his production skills are still amazing and he thinks for himself and creates his own style that he wants to produce, rather than try to please a certain audience.
I like the Emotional Technology album even though its more commerical. Like Oakenfold, you can't forget how much he has contributed to the scene and BT deserves massive respect.
If you dont like BT, move on, listen to something else. Just be happy that he produced some of the top choons in the past and he will be a legend in trance history. |

| I'd agree BT's older stuff was better than his current material, but he's still got talent and i'm sure he'll come back with some awesome material! |

| Throw Oakenfold into that bunch as well, he just is not making emotional stuff anymore. |

Agreed. I bet it'll be only a matter of time before he comes out with something surely brilliant and awesome. It's not as if his recent stuff is that bad either. It's excellently produced, and it seems as though the main reason some of you guys don't like him is because his music is becoming more mainstream and less trance. Sorry, but that doesn't make him significantly worse as a producer. |

well as far as him producing...i say yes
but he is the only dj in my opinion spinning that elusive melodic prog that i cant find.......he still plays vinyls dat surprise me....great tracklisting...

| u gotta realize bt is a true producer. he makes so many different types of music other than trance or progressive. he produces albums, writes music for films, etc. he is hoenstly one of the most talented producers out there without a doubt. |
