| this guy is a role model, i read an interview like a year ago and it said that he doesnt smoke or drink. he used to spend all his money on renting a studio for hours without even knowing what to do hehe, but now seems he's doing good. house music. not my thing but many like him that's for sure. |

Innovative house tracks into 60 minutes of listening with his forthcoming_compilation album, Damn That DJ Made My Day.__The album, due out July 3 on Tommy Boy Silver Label, represents Vission's most dynamic work to date.__The album kicks off with chunky high-energy breaks demonstrating Vission's unique mix style with songs like Sebastian Leger's "Afro Dyzyak," Keoki's "Pass It On," and "Rise," a new Vission track featuring early 90's techno queen Rozalla mixed into one another in mind-boggling succession. The song selection stays clear of current dance floor anthems in favor of cutting-edge house, representing what Vission describes as "...a mature feel with more solid underground tracks." For Damn That DJ Made My Day-his eighth album, second for Tommy Boy-Vission enlists special guests DJ Swamp, the 1996 U.S. DMC turntable champion who has recorded with Beck, Morcheeba, and The Crystal Method, as well as Chicago house chanteuse and turntablist DJ Mea.__DJ Swamp's signature scratching appears throughout the compilation, while DJ Mea lends her vocal skills to the pulsating house track "I See You In My Dreams."__Other highlights include two selections from big-buzz Detroit/LA artist Static Revenger: "Happy People" and a brand new exclusive track "Music Makes Me Feel So Good."___The first single off the record--set for release June 5--is the title track produced by Vission and his long time collaborator Chico Bennett under the name Adrenaline.__It showcases Vission's latest sound of funky progressive soul with a chunky house remix by Junior Sanchez.
