Tracks with flutes

Here's my problem:
This morning my friend asked me if i knew any flute electronic song cause he heard an awesome song that someone was listening in his car stereo. I told him that the only 2 songs i knew with flute were Nu-Nrg - Bonsai (a great trancer but still hasn't been released) and Saint Germain - So Flute (ambient track from 2001 i think).
He described me the track and even whistled the melody. The track contains the flute (of course) a constant 4*4 kick and a banjo (or something like it. Btw don't know the genre:( cause my friend is new to electronic music.

Thanks:D

Only thing I can think of is Flauta by Nu-NRG, but you mentioned Bonsai...perhaps the track name changed or was released since I first heard it.

By released I mean the track name got released, not the track itself.

I think it was someone who spread that Bonsai was called Flauto.

A trance flute track? hmmm I've never heard one, and am extremely interested to see what it sounds like. I can't imagine it sounding good, all the more reason to hear one.

Bonsai was co-written with a classical flutist from their local conservatory.

I know some chillout stuff with flutes...but some of it is more world electronic based.

How about some Enigma? In "Sadness Pt. 1" the oriental flute is the most prominent intrument and it sounds great. Other songs such as "Mea Culpa" and "Age of Innocence" feature the same instrument along with guitars, etc.

I think the track "Arabic" by DJ Quicksilver also has some flute in it. When I get home I'll look through my archives for some other stuff.

Also try "Facing East" by Thievery Corporation.

Bonsai is the only track I can think of.
