I remember hearing or seeing somewhere that a single episode of Futurama costs something like $1 million, and takes a year to make. So I wouldn't hold out much hope for it coming back, though I would be ecstatic if it did. |

I think Family Guy is one of the funniest shows on TV now. Comparisons will always happen, but I don't think it's a rip-off of The Simpsons. In fact, don't some people say Homer Simpson is a rip-off of Fred Flintstone?
Apparently, a lot of people like the show because of the high DVD sales. I read Family Guy is the first show to be brought back from cancellation because of impressive DVD sales. |
