| Anyone notice the change over from rap to emo? Instead of little gangster thugs running around on the street, I got kids dressed in black listening to whiney emo bands. Personally I liked the thugs better just cause some of them sold alright weed, but these emo kids are all straight edge sticks in the mud. it seems to me that they all sit just around in the dark and bitch. They're like punk rockers without any balls. |

| emo kids are just annoying. but the thugs..even though some of them are fakes, some of which are rich boys acting hardcore, when really there not. But the thugs tend to stick with large groups and think there all king because they have a crew of other pussies. us normal people sometimes have to deal with these ing s. i hate em! then when one of them starts with you, you can fight back, but no matter what there gay little back up comes and you get kicked. ing anti-social idiots. its ok to me anti social sometimes if your anti social for a reason. to each his own. but when they start ing with you to show off. its just bull . this is what this commercialized bling bling hip-pop bull is doing to youth. |

The most prominent emo bands that I know of is Bright Eyes. Also, basically anything from the Saddle Creek label is emo, save for The Faint (who, unlike most of the crappy emo Saddle Creek bands, are in' awesome). |

Tell ya the truth, I'd prefer whineyemo bitches over thugs any day. At least emos don't insist on driving back and forth in front of the ing mall entrance or something, blasting rap music which they don't even understand anyway, and practically facing a 90 degree angle because they're facing the ing cieling whil they're reclined in the driver's seat of some box Honda.

no, you're right...emo kids are cooler than gangster kids.. one of my friends turned emo a little while ago which wasnt too cool, but at least he dont play 50 really loud while driving his prizm..now its more poetry and lyrics with random things capitalized in his AIM profile
