| back when i wasnt working last year and i wasnt going to sleep till 6am every morning, i usd to put this DnB set on, starts off quite chilled then gets a little ruffer, used to have a wank at the start then by 15 mins i was asleep, ill send in irc if you want? |

Try a 24/7 wake..
Which is staying up for 24 hours to reset the internal clock.
Works good.

| You need excercise! Go to for a jog or to a swimming pool (and if you do dont just sit there watching halfnaked chicks but swim at least for 45 minutes). Gym also works. The key to good-nights sleep lies in making your body dead-tired. Sitting in front of a pc-screen doesan't give you much excerise, now does it? |

I run 3-4 miles a day, that's no lie...i make sure I work on training on my marathon....maybe I should increase the miles more quickly. |

| start pushing weights, preferrably in the evening. Make sure you are dead tired from the workout. That always puts me to bed ^_^ |
