That is not what he is saying... he is saying that even within the group that you define as Black, or White or Asian that there can be to many differences in skin tone, eye structure, etc for it to be possible to apply a single label of a race to that group, that the changes are not do to your wonderful mixing theory, but because of biological reasons |

Thank you for ignoring my arguments - and for proving my point. Mixing is one of the main reasons that there is no coherent concept of race, because of the varying degrees of mixing that have (and continue to) occur. How do you define who's a member of one race and who isn't? If the concept of race is exclusive, then you can't really belong to two races at the same time. If this is the case, then how do you classify someone who is the product of a 'mixed' relationship?
I'm also interested in your claim that people of certain races are biologically speaking - practically different species. Firstly, do you know the meaning of the word species, and secondly, do you have any evidence to back up your claim? |

and race does not have cultural elements, for example, african-americans are nothing like their exact same DNA 'cousins' in africa culture wise |

Eh?
Can you be identifiably half female and half male? Not really - you could have an artificially constructed genitalia, but you'd still be incontinent. The entire point is that there's no coherent concept of race, you can't identify who's a member of that race and who isn't, whereas in the overwhelming majority of cases, you can identify who's male and who's female - because a coherent concept of sex exists.
It doesn't matter if people you meet identify you as a member of a certain race or not - it matters where the evidence points. |
