My current favourite is Mistress Barbara [27-01-2002]. I’ve listened to that one loads! However some of my all time favourites include:

Judge Jules Retrospective [30-12-2001] (And ANY Judge Jules Essential Mix between 1994-1996 are simply awesome)
Scott Bond [03-01-1999]
I think Kraftwerk @ Tribal Gathering [24-05-1997] also got broadcast as an essential mix too, although I’m not 100% sure. If it did, then that definitely counts as one of my favourite EM’s.
I've got a massive collection of EM's, love collecting them. There have been some awesome mixes for the Radio 1 slot! The older the better IMHO. :D |

Choosing a single favorite is pretty hard, but I guess I'd go with Carl Cox's Christmas 2002 mix, I've listened to it so many times now.
