| James Holden! how good is that?! i was at passion in coalville (uk) he'd just finished playing the opening set, was ing awesome, anyway, i happened to be in the right place at the right time because my mate saw him and we went over and started chatting to him, he's a top man! |

| just how he's been REALLY REALLY lucky to get where he has, just got that 'lucky break'. my mate (the cheeky bastard) asked him how much he earned, he said 'between me and you, £500 for a one hour set'. i was pretty shocked to hear that, he says jules gets about £2000 and oakey gets about £7000 along with 5* hotel luxury treatment an all that. he's only 22 as well, i asked him whether he liked producing or djing and he said djing, especially at passion (he's a monthly resident there) because he loves to see the crowd going nuts to him! i complimented him on his set of course, he asked me if i liked the deep bass, i said 'oh yeah!' |

£500 is about $300 or something around that...
james holden is god and he should get payed more than that... i fancy a trip down to passion sometime this winter...
u mite av talked to a cool dj.. but so did i this weekend, and i was too skulled to notice it was him until he ed off up to the DJ booth... mr scott progect muahahahahahahaahhaehehehahahahaha... i was on a mission and i saw my mate gaz next to the bar chattin to this dreadlocked midget.. so i went and joined the conversation.. just talkin about completely random !! then i went to the main dancefloor to get a cool place for scott progect then it dawned on me... i was talkin to him heehhe :)
and yes it is a G not a J cuz we got him to sign my mates thought book at the end :D |

| HAHAHAHA want to hear something funny? guess who i was "talking" to sunday morning about 6:30 or so AZ time? Dj Tiesto! but it was a slight dont understand english to well conversation. he just finished his set that kicked ass and the sun was bearly coming up. anyway to make a long story short i gave him my ticket stub to him so he could sign it and while he was doing that he was walking awaw and gave it away to someone else so when he was walking back i said "tiesto you gave my ticket away to someone else" anyway he looked at me funny like he didn't understand me and said "thats baaaaaaad!" with a big o'l smile on his face so i was like no that sucks and he gave me a thumbs up and left. WOO HOO! :rolleyes: anyway thats my story. |
