How far away from the city is avalon? Is Tullamarine closer?
btw muli I'm staying in little bourke street too. |

avalon is about 1hour or so from the city
and a real pain in the ass to get to
Tullamarine is about 30mins (if that)
and you can take a shuttle service for
about $12 from Airport to city. |

Cool thanks for that, I am now relieved that I am going to the correct airport, I had an OH moment just then, thanks for clearing that up!
I think I'll take the shuttle bus cos a taxi will prob cost a fortune! $$$$ |

It really depens on the traffic - i.e. catching a taxi in peak hr on a Friday arvo = big no no...
If you are landing at Avalon then it is worth shooting down to the coast from there - go to Queenscliff/Ocean Grove and make sure you stop at Anglesea aka Manglesea for Jum's chips and gravy :happy2: :D :happy2: :D BEST in Australia :tongue3 |

hmmm, well I would but I don't have a job at the moment. Even if I did it's not the sort work that has cab charges.

meh for $29 flights i dont really care :p
but i got an email saying that there will be shuttle buses for $12 or somethign like that.
We arive at like 8am, so might just go down the ocean road area for a day.
