I might be playing at a club called Pacifique in the Helsinki area in the coming weeks. It will not be a special occasion, I am NOT a big star DJ or so. The reason I opened this thread is because I have never set my foot in Finland before and I'm curious about the clublife, especially Helsinki! what can I expect from you guys? :p
shall I bring my house vinyls or trance vinyls :cool: or do I have to burn some CDr with hiphop? :nervous:

I have never been there but what I have heard it's more into house/hiphop music than trance. Maybe our übermusicsceneclubgurus, GripReaper or Mr.Mystery can help you more. ;) |

wasn't the big party at serena waterpark called pacifique? arranged by unity and labyrinth or something?! i heard it was a hell of a party! too bad i missed it!:(

| The only pacifuque i've heard of is one which was held in March, in waterpark serena. Is there some other Pacifique?:conf: |

| Hmm, what date would that be? The only previous event in Finland titled "Pacifique" I've heard of was that waterpark club event arranged by Club Unity (incl. resident DJ Orkidea) in March 2004. I tried to double check in the upcoming event calendar (platinum.ac), but no Pacifique coming up according to it. :conf: |

well according to the persons who's negotiating for me, the club is called Pacifique and it's in the Helsinki area. They haven't agreed on a certain date yet, but it might occure already in june. I will play 2 hours and I will play with local DJs. :D

well, I am "signed" to an agency in Hungary who help unknown DJs to get gigs here and there. They do all the negotiating, and give me the details when they have settled a gig. All I know is that some agency or possibly party-arranger called Hallmark is involved.
I'm really excited since I've never done a real gig outside Hungary :p |

| well hallmark arranges pretty great trance parties in finland and is a respectable organizer. still no idea what this pacifique is though |
