Yup, Britney sucks; but Toxic isn't that bad, Armand Van Helden did a good remix of it.

The fact that the reviewer should even talk about this album in such a broad context, speaking to Britney's career and image, is evidence enough that this album has nothing to do with music, and more to do with selling pre-packaged mass-consumable identities...
If only the mainstream could learn a thing or two from our Trance recording industry... |

Seriously guys n gals, I'm so tired of this mainstream crap on the radio and tv. bad enuf we have to endure crap like reality tv and idol shows, but when mainstream is forced at our faces and in our ears-->everyday, it just makes me wanna upchuk bigtime. NO wonder Spears pops up-even in our TA forum--it's being fed at us everywhere we go
imo every vid she's done shows how totally untalented she is at dancing and singing. Same dance moves (rigid) and same pitch and tone (if i'd have to compare dumb blondes, Jessica Simpson defn has a better voice and bod to match). About the only thing BS (:stongue: get it)has going for her is that she "had" a sweet innocent look when she started the biz---and age has crept up on her---so now she looks like skank trailer trash. Wow,let me correct myself, trailer trash looks better than her now. She's lucky she's gotten this far--she's lucky she had "the right look" when she started. Too bad all she's got left now is ambition--but no matter how many hookups she can do with putana (my apologies to those fans of madonna, but i call it as i c it)she can never get to where she wants bcuz madonna has drive/ambition and "BALLS". Something BS will never achieve.
People! i'm glad as TA's, we're more evolved than most and have opened our eyes and ears to EDM. Atleast EDM has opened up our minds to recognize what mainstream media hyped crap is. So lets all think about what i've said and work hard at resisting this BS media hype

I don't listen to Britney's music. I don't think this reviewer does either. That's still no reason for any of us to not critize her music just cos some of her fans will be offended by it, since it is inevitable to come across her music in some way sooner or later. |

yea, what ever DID happen to that little, innocent "school girl" with her school girl shirt tied up in a knot to reveal her belly, with a pony tail and knee high socks, singing "hit me baby one more time"? real innocent from the beginning right?
she may not be able to sing like the other divas, but don't even START saying she can't dance. i think she's a great performer. her videos are entertaining and they aren't too different from Janet's videos or Allyiah's (as far as the dancing goes), but you guys wouldn't bash them because they can sing better.
my bf and i have front row tickets to her concert in july and i can't wait.
oh, and as much as you guys would like to see her fizzle out of the industry, it ain't happening. she's pretty much the next madonna and everyone knows it. if she was a fad, she'd be long gone by now. she's not going anywhere...except maybe playboy. i must agree that it's probably her next move. let's keep our fingers crossed:) |

She is to pop what tiesto is to edm. i.e Has all talent yet everyone seems to bum her. 
She can dance tho, and she's pretty fit too.. But that's not something i'm looking for when I buy a cd is it. |
