I hope you can help me out! |

It is against the liscense agreement of atmosphere to sample it, therefore it is illegal.

Then it would be illegal to use Atmosphere in Cubase when u render the file to WAV and copying it..
I do think u can find a legal way to use Atmosphere in Reason.. |

| Just buy it, and the make a refill. If they contact you (which they wouldn't) tell them to off. |

"Are there any legal limitations to how I can use Atmosphere?
The main limitation is that you are not allowed to use it to make a sample library or another kind of sample-based product. You are also restricted from giving away or posting online any loops or samples created using Atmosphere. However, you are able to use Atmosphere in all musical recording applications without paying any additional licenses. "
Next time have a clue what you are talking about...

| if spectrasonics doesn't allow sampleing.. how come all other synth manufacturers do? sort of weird that spectrasonics doesn't since they are the undesputed kings of sampleing.. (atmosphere, trilogy, and stylus are all sample based) |

Atmosphere really is just a locked sampler. If you started taking those samples out and giving them away/selling them, then you have taken their entire product almost and given it to others for free.
Bikkel, the sounds in Atmosphere aren't accessible .wav files, so you can't just copy the files. |

ok.. but what gives them the right to keep people from sampling atmosphere and trilogy if they just got the sounds from other manufactures products? |
