| The movie is good. I liked Independance Day alot better though. You don't really get absorbed into the characters storylines and NYC gets destroyed once again with cool special effects. |

| I unfortunatly can't agree with the last few posts...This movie was just downright stupid. If you are just looking for some good special effects then I must say this movie wont dissapoint in that arena. However it lacks any real substance. The plot line is full of holes and poor dialog. I also found it kind of funny that the US gov't didnt really do anything and seemed to be comprised of just the vice president. Anyway I guess this can be expected comming from Roland Emmerich who also directed Godzilla & Independance Day. |

damn i dont know if i should go see this movie 2day. Lucky for me im not paying lol.(If i went with friends i pay, if i went with family its free lol). But anyways i think my family would love it. But my mother and my middle brother are the only ones that apreciate good movies. thanks for the reviews btw:).
PS: I was going to go see it with my friend and then he said that he dint want to see it becuase of all the times he saw the damn previews online,previews at theater, and Tv...He mentioned they probaly showed everything in the comercials lol. Maybe he is right. but to those that saw it what do you think? He also told me to take my digi cam and video tape the parts that are not in the comercial (the good parts) lol. |

| It looks cool, as far as graphics and CGI, but I dunno about the plot. Natural Disasters can't really be stopped, so what happens? Does everyone die? Cause in that case, there is no triumph, which would make the move kinda boring and sad. |
