hell I just eat ketchup straightup, i don't need no stinking other food to go with it.

When I was a kid, there was this Swedish show about this guy who only ate Ketchup. When he was with his friends, he always had a bottle of ketchup with him, which he used to sip of. The funny thing is that this was not a cartoon, and it was played by adults hahahahahha:D

on the friend rice subject, for something simple just fry up some rice then put some frozen peas and carrots in and your done. you could always add some spam if you wanted to.

on a side note when you go to a resturuant don't ever get the house special fried rice. it contains left over . like hard ass bbq pork which even tastes a couple days old.

another favorite fried rice of mine, salted fish and chicken fried rice.

Adding spam to fried rice - you're Filipino, aren't you?

Astroboy's easy stir-fries part 1:

stir-fried water spinach with chilli sambal.

Ingredients:
2.5mm slice of shrimp paste in a block
2 peeled cloves garlic
2 chopped long red chillis (deseed if you don't like spicy food)
3 red asian shallots, peeled and roughly chopped
400g water spinach
3tbs vegetable/peanut oil
1/2 tsp sugar

Wrap shrimp paste in foil and heat for 5 mins or ntil fragrant. Crush/chop/process shrimp paste, garlic, chillis and shallots into a paste.
Discard any tough, hollow stems from the water spinach, then cut into 10cm lengths crossways. Wash and drain the chopped water spinach. Blanch water spinach lightly in slightly salted boiling water for 20-30 secs. Immediately remove and put under cold water then drain well.
Het oil in a wok and add garlic/chilli paste for a minute or until fragrant. Add water spinach, sugar and pinch of salt. stir-fry for 2 mins. Serve over rice.
serves 2-4.
