There is a problem with a friends sony headphones and i was wondering do you guys know anywhere, where they could possibly get fixed???

or write a letter to Sony stating whats happened, say the product was inferior to product testing? haha

| I deal with sony day in, day out and they are the single worst company in the world for service. If u call 1300 55 1234 u will get sony retail sales and they can advise u who their service agent is nearest to u. if u still get stuck the place of purchase is able to organize repair ( and leagally has to). |
