| Notice when they screw-up, and they just screwed up large, they issue an apology, and life goes on. Try leaving an account in overdraft for a few days, and all hell brakes loose!!! Our banks are an oligopoly, 4 banks for 32,000,000.00 people, and act as such!! Banking should be deregulated with more competition so that they pay closer attention to the customers!! |

Just be happy the RBC has protocols in place to ensure all transactions are processed.
Im more relieved that they have identified the problem and are fixing it. It would of been a disaster should people have lost any money. |

I just found out that the dude buying my rental property is getting his mortgage through RBC and its in the back log. Now i gotta wait longer before i get my money.
