I can definately respect the man that didn't like Bush...he sent Bush away to be embassador of Hong King while he was Pres. Smart man, he knew who his enemy was....
Hey did you know that Neil Bush, son of the then vice president of the United States, was scheduled to have dinner on March 31, 1981, with Scott Hinckley, brother of John Hinckley, the day after a bullet came within an inch of making Neil Bush's father the new president of the United States.
Even though John Chancellor had let slip out this most remarkable assassination coincidence shortly after John Hinckley tried to kill President Reagan, it was censored by NBC News and the other organs of the national news media during the subsequent 10 years. And even in the several months of extensive coverage of Neil Bush's part in the massive savings and loan fraud, no mention was made of his role in the continuing coverup of the most significant story in the 1980s.
Now lets pause a moment and reflect on that. So far what we have is the son of the Vice President linked to the brother of the guy who tried to kill the president. Take a moment to absorb that.
What was the Bush team’s response to this chilling revelation on the planned dinner date? They barricaded themselves behind a wall of the biggest PR Firms in the nation ...If I was the Vice President and I had just masterminded a failed, assassination attempt on the President of the United States, I guess I would do the same.
In the days that followed, Washington saw the most intensive whitewash of any news item ever whitewashed. Backroom deals were struck, the spin doctors went into action and an army of PR agents decended onto Washington and what should have been the biggest most investigated story of the 80’s... was wiped clean from history.
They spun it clear off the front, back and middle pages of all the giant newspapers--NEVER MENTIONED ON ANY TELEVISION SHOW EVER AGAIN. FYI guys |
